Who We Are
Job Connection, Inc., is a private, non-profit corporation that specializes in supported employment. Job Connection, Inc., is governed by a Board of Directors. We contract with various government agencies to provide job placement and training to individuals with disabilities. Since 1982 we have given people with disabilities an opportunity to work in the community. We use an individualized support program, which results from our understanding of client and employer needs. We are a small agency consisting of an Executive Director, Vocational Specialists (also known as Job Coaches), Business Manager, and Information Technician. Our individualized approach to placement, on-the-job training, continued support and follow-along services have all contributed to our success in supported employment. |
